Description
White grappa distilled using a double process in bain-marie stills and made exclusively from the grape pomace of our vineyard. It ages for about 6 months in barrels, which create a product having a supple but strong taste.
Approximately 150 bottles produced.
Excellent pairing with dark chocolate and dried fruit.
